Halloween, we did not reset the currency because of the way the items in the shop were valued at. Going forward, players should spend all their holiday currencies before the end of every event.

CheMClarc wrote:We wipe the currency each time the event comes around so that we can adjust and base item values on participating in the event for that year. Character may not be able to view the candy hearts anymore in their currency page but we still are able to view them on our end. If you happened to be a player that has enough candy hearts for one of the high end items and you did not see the notice about the shop closing. Please contact customer service and we will take a look at your account and see what we can do for you. We will not be giving any consumables with leftover candy hearts.

Yes, making a "Good Merc" list is a way better idea since this thread (Loafers) will most likely get deleted as it will definitely break our rules of conduct if it continues. Always decide to do something positive for the community here instead of negative.

Note: You can set up a Message App Group (ex: Line), Blog Community (ex: Word Press) or Journal Community (ex: LiveJournal) so only people you let in can read the latest Raid Schedule and Passwords. In addition, Mercs can set up a list pointing to all the Good Guilds.

If you do set up a Message App Group, Blog Community, or Journal Community and notice Mercs are quitting your group, your Guild may have developed a Bad Merc Reputation. Make sure your Guild uses passwords on any Raid you plan on canceling, or have special Raid rules, so not to trap unsuspecting Mercs using an Elixir of Stamina or Burning GS.

Raising the Raid Caps from 20, 40, 60 to 100 for all Raids and allowing characters to join 3 Guild Raids and Merc 3 Raids, appears to be the limit of Venan's action on these issues.

Mistakes in communication will still happen, Guild members, and Mercs, are multi-lingual, multi-cultural, and include children nine or older.

Open Merc Slots require both Guilds and Mercs to work together within the limits of the current version of BoH.

CheMClarc wrote:Our 72 hour return policy is for players who accidentally purchased the wrong item on their character from one of our shops. For example, if a player accidentally purchased the wrong gem for their character or a piece of gear they already had, we will remove the item and refund the character the currency to make the correct purchase that they originally wanted.

Our policy does not cover enchanting due to the clear understanding of what it takes to create the enchantment and the associated build time. We added the transfer option to allow players to move their enchantments to better gear so their efforts were not wasted applying it to a previously earned item. The feature also allows experimenting with different play styles which is in a better state now due to the recent reduction.
