Great list!
Not sure if this is suggested before, but
I would like to have more character backgrounds to choose from. Maybe backgrounds could be rewards from quests? In this way there would be even more individuality among the toons.

I would love to be able to go to stonehelm and defeat the arcane circle as well as get payback on Alidor the Elf.

My suggestions:
1. An option to abandon quests.
2. When I tap on an area with an active quest in it show me what quest(s) are in that area.

Can we be told with the skills description whether it is physical or magic damage not weapon, nature, fire, etc. Kind of tired of guessing. Come on this game is 3 years old (or older). Please this would help a lot of players thank you for your time. Also the ability to lock mail so you can delete all without worry of deleting mail you want to keep.

Too: anything that says physical is melee. Everything else is magic.

If that's the case then caltrops would be magic damage

Fire, ice, spirit and nature attacks are magic. Anything that isn't is melee (physical). I don't think there's any way to simplify this more. Caltrops is clearly a physical attack (it being sharp stabby pointy things). The Flame Warden has an ability that increases all periodic damage (just in case this is why the question is being asked).
