Don't worry about the hero tokens all that much. It's a relatively minor factor in the scheme of things. I'd spread evenly (except for melee) until I hit the might of the highest raid.

Come on guys. Use some points. You know that both masteries, fracture, and ignite would be excellent additions to that build.
