Spec 2 & Health Regen
If larger Health Bar in Spec 2, switch to Spec 2 when out of combat. Since Health regenerates 10% of Health every 5 minutes, you will heal faster. You can then stay in Spec 2, or switch to Spec 1, when it is time to enter combat.
